Tri, Tri, Tri!




My goal to help me get back into exercise quickly after baby Grant was to train for a sprint tri. The training was really fun, I did some road rides with my Dad and Ryan and did some killer swim workouts with my Dad. We almost didn't make it to the race because we were stuck on I85 and Ryan hauled aXX to get me there 10 mins before the start! It was a great race and I was very pleased with my times (although, now I'm very motivated to get better each race this season). The distances for the John Tanner Tri were 600 meter swim, 11.5 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run (swim 12:14, bike 37:31, run 25:42).

That is awesome Charlotte! I was just telling Jordan that we need to move back to GA so that I have somebody to train to do a tri with...he didn't buy it! It was worth a try though!
